Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless pieces- 250 gm
- Soy sauce-4 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tsp
- Orange juice-3 tbsp
- Honey-2tbsp
- Olive oil / sesame oil-2 tbsp
- Butter-1 tbsp
- Salt-lttle to taste
- Thinly grated ginger-1 tbsp
- Thinly grated green chilly-2 tbsp optional)
- Sesame seeds-to garnish
- Spring onion chopped-to garnish
- In a bowl mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, green chilly, salt.
- Mix it wth the chicken and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan with olive oil, add the chicken pieces from the marinade and reserve the excess marinade water for further cooking.
- Cover the lid of the pan and stir cook chicken pieces for 15-20 minutes (stir occasionally).
- Switch off the flame.
- Now heat another pan with butter, when it is hot add sesame seeds and the remainig marinade batter, stir for a minute and switch off the flame.
- Pour it over the chicken pieces along with chopped spring onions.
- Serve hot with white rice and boiled veggies!!!
