Kulukki Sarbath

Kulukki sarbath is a Kerala traditional soft drink made with lemon and few other ingredients.Its a perfect summer refreshing drink also. It has a special taste of sweetness along with spicy and tangy!!! Its made in a cocktail mixing style and hence the name kulukki sarbath/ shaken lemonade.

Ingredients:

1. Lime juice-from 2 limes
2. Sugar syrup / honey- 1/2 cup(as per sweetness)
3. Kaskas/ basil seeds/sabja seeds-1tsp
4. Green chilly sliced-1/4tsp (as per taste)
5. Pineapple finely chopped-2tsp
6. Mint leaves crushed-few(optional)
7. Ice cubes-6
8. Water-2cup

Preparation:

• Soak the basil seeds in water for  about 10minuets, Drain it.
• In a jar or bottle mix all the ingredients well for a minute and serve soon.
