Chicken tikka kebab is one of the most popular chicken recipe originates in India. The chicken cubes cooked along with onion, tomato and capsicum along with tasty marinate makes it really yummy. Traditionally it is made in a tandoor; However it is still glorious when cooked in an oven.

- Bone less chicken cubes- 1/2 kg
- Onion cubed -1
- Tomato cubed-1
- Capsicum cubed-1
- Butter-1tbsp
- Besan flour-2tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Kashmiri red chilly powder-2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
- kasoori methi-1tsp
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Well drained curd- 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Lemon juice-1tsp
- Heat a table spoon of butter in a pan; add besan flour in to it.
- Roast until golden in color and the raw smell goes off.
- Mix it with all other ingredients and keep refrigerated for 5 hours or a whole night.
- Add 2tbsp of oil in to it just before going to cook.
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30minutes.
- Thread chicken pieces, tomato, capsicum and onion pieces alternatively on to the skewers.
- Preheat the oven in 230 c about 10 minutes.
- Place the skewers on the grill rack (by greasing oil on the rack).
- Put a tray under the rack to catch the drippings.
- Grill it for about 40-50 minutes (brush each sides with butter after each 15 minutes for more crispy).
- Serve it with green chutney and onion salad.
