Caramel Biscuit Pudding


puddings with the crunchiness of biscuits are always loveable. Caramel biscuit pudding is a delicious biscuit preparation using instant caramel mix, whip cream and coffee. It is very easy to make and tastes good. the only thing is to purchase the few ingredients required. The biscuits coated with coffee have a nice treat for all coffee lovers.
Ingredients:
  1. Instant caramel pudding powder-1pack
  2. Instant coffee powder-1tbsp
  3. biscuits-1pack(any plain biscuit like marie, petit)
  4. Milk-300ml
  5. Cold milk-100ml
  6. Milk powder-2tsp
  7. Vanilla essence-1/4tsp
  8. Whipping powder- 1sachet
Preparation:
  • prepare strong coffee with 1cup water. Keep aside.
  • Mix 300 ml of milk and custard caramel powder together.
  • Bring to boil until thickens.
  • Beat whipping powder with 100ml of cold milk, milk powder and vanilla essence until fluffy.
  • Mix it with the cooked custard.
  • Now dip each biscuit in warm coffee( just dip for a second only) and arrange it as a layer in the pudding tray.
  • Pour a part of cream layer over it.
  • Again place the dipped biscuits on top of it and arrange next layer.
  • Pour a part of cream over it.
  • Repeat the process for all biscuits. And top the layer with cream mixture.
  • Empty the caramel syrup in the packet in to a bowl.
  • Microwave it for a 30seconds to loosen or just heat it in low flame to reach pouring consistency.
  • Pour it over the pudding and decorate with crushed biscuits.
  • Refrigerate for 5 hours to set.
 note: It only serves for 2persons. If you need more double the amount of milk, whip powder and custard caramel packet.
