Ingredients:
- Strawberry-1cup
- Water- ½ cup
- Milk- ½ cup
- Condensed milk- ½ tin
- China grass-5gms
- Strawberry jelly powder- ½ tsp (or pink color-a pinch)
- Caramelized nuts-to decorate
- Sliced strawberry-to decorate
- crush the strawberry well with your hands so that it contains both pieces and pulp. keep aside.
- Cut the china grass in to small pieces and soak it in the water for 20 minutes.
- Drain it and boil with ½ cup of water until completely dissolved (stir well until melts).
- At the same time boil milk, jelly powder and milkmaid together in another pan.
- When the both are at same temperature slowly pour the china grass melted in to the milk and stir well for a minute and switch off the flame.
- Add the crushed strawberry with its pulp in to this.
- Pour this in to the serving tray and when it comes to room temperature; it starts to set a bit.
- Decorate on top with slices of strawberry and crushed caramelized nuts.
- Chill for another 4 hours to set.
