Easy Strawberry Pudding


Strawberry is an ever loving seasonal fruit. It’s difficult to resist a perfectly ripe strawberry. Whether fresh or frozen, there is no denying that strawberries are a popular fruit, but they also pack a healthy punch. The easy strawberry pudding have a pretty capture and delicious taste.
Ingredients:
  1. Strawberry-1cup
  2. Water- ½ cup
  3. Milk- ½ cup
  4. Condensed milk- ½ tin
  5. China grass-5gms
  6. Strawberry jelly powder- ½ tsp (or pink color-a pinch)
  7. Caramelized nuts-to decorate 
  8. Sliced strawberry-to decorate
Preparation:
  • crush the strawberry well with your hands so that it contains both pieces and pulp. keep aside.
  • Cut the china grass in to small pieces and soak it in the water for 20 minutes.
  • Drain it and boil with ½ cup of water until completely dissolved (stir well until melts).
  • At the same time boil milk, jelly powder and milkmaid together in another pan.
  • When the both are at same temperature slowly pour the china grass melted in to the milk and stir well for a minute and switch off the flame.
  • Add the crushed strawberry with its pulp in to this.
  • Pour this in to the serving tray and when it comes to room temperature; it starts to set a bit.
  • Decorate on top with slices of strawberry and crushed caramelized nuts.
  • Chill for another 4 hours to set.
