- Chicken- ½ kg
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Green chilly-2 nos
- Cinnamon- 2 small sticks
- Cloves-4 nos
- Pepper corns-1 tsp
- Vinegar-2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
- Oil-for shallow frying
- Potato-1 medium
- Wash chicken pieces well; drain it and pat the excess water in it with a kitchen towel.
- In blender add all the ingredients from 2 to 10 and make a fine paste out of it without adding water.
- Marinate it in the chicken pieces well and keep in fridge for at least 3 hours or a whole night.
- Shallow fry it in hot oil for few minutes until just cooked (don’t over fry).
- Peel and cut the potato in to small wedges.
- Add it in to the chicken marinated bowl (no need of any marination there; but just to get a taste).
- After frying chicken; add potato wedges in the same oil.
- Fry it until golden in color; take it out and add it in to the fried chicken.
- Serve hot and enjoy the great taste …J
