Chicken Tangdi Kebab

Chicken tangdi kebab means; the kebab made with chicken legs. Here is an easy and delicious kebab recipe with an aromatic, little tangy and little spicy marination.
Ingredients:
  1. Chicken legs- 6 pieces
  2. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  3. Pepper powder-1 tsp
  4. Mint leaves chopped-1 tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder- 1/2tsp
  8. Lemon juice- 1/4 tsp
  9. Tamarind pulp-1 tbsp
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Oil- 2 tbsp
Preparation:
  • Clean the chicken legs and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Make some small slits on the chicken pieces with a knife.
  • Put all the ingredients (from 2 to 10) in a blender and make a fine paste out of it without adding any water.
  • Marinate it on the chicken pieces for overnight in fridge.
  • Pre-heat the oven in to 180 degree, Grill the chicken pieces on a greased tray for about 30 -35 minutes until turns nice brown. Brush on top with a tablespoon of oil.(turn in to other side after 15 minutes of cooking and brush a table spoon of oil on top).
  • Garnish on top with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve it  hot as a lovely appetizer with the side of fresh veggies.
