Chicken tangdi kebab means; the kebab made with chicken legs. Here is an easy and delicious kebab recipe with an aromatic, little tangy and little spicy marination.

- Chicken legs- 6 pieces
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Mint leaves chopped-1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1/2tsp
- Lemon juice- 1/4 tsp
- Tamarind pulp-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Clean the chicken legs and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Make some small slits on the chicken pieces with a knife.
- Put all the ingredients (from 2 to 10) in a blender and make a fine paste out of it without adding any water.
- Marinate it on the chicken pieces for overnight in fridge.
- Pre-heat the oven in to 180 degree, Grill the chicken pieces on a greased tray for about 30 -35 minutes until turns nice brown. Brush on top with a tablespoon of oil.(turn in to other side after 15 minutes of cooking and brush a table spoon of oil on top).
- Garnish on top with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot as a lovely appetizer with the side of fresh veggies.
