Instant Vegetable Masala Noodles


Now a days noodles are the staple food for most of all; especially kids. Here is an easy and quick instant vegetable masala noodles preparation. It's nice way to include some veggies in your daily diet.

Ingredients:
  1. Noodles-1 pack
  2. oil-1 tbsp
  3. chopped garlic-1 tsp 
  4. onion chopped-2 tbsp
  5. beans chopped-2 tbsp
  6. capsicum chopped-2 tbsp
  7. cucumber chopped-2 tbsp
  8. spring onion chopped-2 tbsp
  9. soya sauce- 1/4 tsp
  10. tomato ketchup- 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
  • Heat a pan with oil; add chopped garlic.
  • Saute for a minute and add onion; carrot and beans.
  • Saute for 5 minutes and add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and little salt.
  • Add the masala mix spice in the noodles pack.
  • Add cucumber and spring onion chopped.
  • In another pan; Boil noodles as per instructions on the pack; drain it and add in to the sauted vegetable mix.
  • Cook for a minute by mixing nicely and switch off the flame.
  • Serve it hot with a cup of tea!!!
