Easy Fried Chicken Kebab


Here is an easy and wonderful homemade fried chicken kebab recipe that can be able to make at home without any grill or oven. Everyone must try this simple recipe and enjoy with your family. The few things, you have to take care is that; marinate the chicken pieces for at least an hour in fridge (overnight brings the best results) and the marination should not be too thick (if so the coating will not stick on the chicken while frying) or too thin. Also while frying, the chicken pieces must be completely immersed in the hot oil.

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken-5 medium pieces (prefer leg pieces)
  2. Lemon juice-1tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  4. Chilly powder-1tsp
  5. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder-1/2tsp
  7. Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
  8. All purpose flour-1 tbsp
  9. Corn flour/ rice flour-1 tbsp
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Red food color-a pinch (optional)
  12. Oil-for deep frying
Preparation:
  • Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with ingredients under marination for atleast an hour.
  • Deep fry it in the hot oil on medium flame until nicely cooked and crisp in texture.
  • Drain in to paper towels and serve hot with a piece of lemon wedge and veggies.
