Ingredients:
- Chicken-5 medium pieces (prefer leg pieces)
- Lemon juice-1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
- Chilly powder-1tsp
- Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
- All purpose flour-1 tbsp
- Corn flour/ rice flour-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Red food color-a pinch (optional)
- Oil-for deep frying
- Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with ingredients under marination for atleast an hour.
- Deep fry it in the hot oil on medium flame until nicely cooked and crisp in texture.
- Drain in to paper towels and serve hot with a piece of lemon wedge and veggies.
