Cashew Cookies


Cashew cookies are lovely classic cookies that is rich with cashews, butter and milk.
Ingredients:
  1. All purpose flour- 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour- ¼ cup
  3. Butter- 100 gm
  4. Powdered sugar- ½ cup
  5. Milk- 2 tbsp
  6. Cashew powdered- ¼ cup
  7. Crushed cashews- ¼ cup
  8. Vanilla essence- ½ tsp
Preparation:
  • In a bowl mix butter and sugar until creamy. 
  • Add vanilla essence and milk; mix well.
  • Add wheat flour and all purpose flour; mix well to a dough consistency.
  • Add powdered cashew and mix well.
  • Make small balls out of it and flatten it little.
  • Add the crushed cashews in a wide plate.
  • Dip the cookies in crushed cashews gently and coat it evenly on one side.
  • Add these cookies on the lined baking tray and bake it in the pre-heated oven (180 degree) for about 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool fully and enjoy the cookies with a cup of milk.
  • Store it in an air-tight container for long use.
