Cashew cookies are lovely classic cookies that is rich with cashews, butter and milk.
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour- 1 cup
- Wheat flour- ¼ cup
- Butter- 100 gm
- Powdered sugar- ½ cup
- Milk- 2 tbsp
- Cashew powdered- ¼ cup
- Crushed cashews- ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence- ½ tsp
- In a bowl mix butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla essence and milk; mix well.
- Add wheat flour and all purpose flour; mix well to a dough consistency.
- Add powdered cashew and mix well.
- Make small balls out of it and flatten it little.
- Add the crushed cashews in a wide plate.
- Dip the cookies in crushed cashews gently and coat it evenly on one side.
- Add these cookies on the lined baking tray and bake it in the pre-heated oven (180 degree) for about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool fully and enjoy the cookies with a cup of milk.
- Store it in an air-tight container for long use.
