Mango chammanthi is a traditional kerala mango chutney recipe which goes well with steamed rice. Here is the quick and mouth watering simple mango chammanthi prepaation.
Ingredients;- Raw mango - 1 medium size
- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Dry red chilly- 4 no's(depends on the spice tolerance)
- Salt-to taste
Preparation:
- Roast the red chillies in coconut oil.
- chop the mango in to small pieces (discard the skin if it is too sour).
- grind it along with chopped shallots, red chilly and salt in a blender for just few seconds.
