Multi-grain roti is a healthy and nutritious Indian breakfast dish. It is a great way to include all the essential nutrients that we need in our daily diet.

- wheat flour- 1/2 cup
- rice flour- 1/2 cup
- millet/ragi flour- 1/2 cup
- salt-to taste
- boiling water
- oil-to grease
- mix all the flours and salt in a large bowl.
- add boiling water little by little and need in to a smooth dough.
- make large equal bowls out of it.
- roll it by dusting little flour on a rolling pin.
- Roll in thick circled parathas.
- Heat a tawa and add cook paratha in medium flame until cooked well by applying little oil on each sides.
- Serve hot with thick salted milk or with the choice of your curry.
