Ingredients For Chicken Marination:
- Chicken boneless- 1/2 kg.
- Egg-1 large
- Corn Flour-2 1/2 tbsp
- Flour / maida-2 tbsp
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Vinegar-1 tsp
- Soya Sauce-1 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for frying
- Sugar- 1/4 tsp
- Thinly chopped ginger-2 tbsp
- Thinly chopped garlic-2 tbsp
- Thinly chopped green chilly-1 tbsp
- Onion cubed-1 medium
- capsicum cubed-1 small
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
- Chicken stock water-1 cup
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Soya sauce-1 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly sauce-1 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce-2 1/2 tbsp
- salt-little
- Vinegar-1 tsp
- Corn Flour-1 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped- 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped-2 tbsp
- Combine all the ingredients for chicken marination (except oil) and make a thick batter with it (if need add little water). Add the cubed chicken pieces in to it and let rest for one hour in fridge.
- Fry these chicken pieces in hot oil on medium flame until just golden in colour (don't do over fry, then the chicken pieces will get hard).
- Drain it and keep aside.
- Heat two tablespoons of oil from the chicken fried oil, Add sugar and when its get browned add thinly chopped ginger and garlic; saute until nice golden in color.
- Add green chilly and saute for another a minute.
- Add cubed onion and capsicum, saute for two minutes.
- Add kashmiri chilly powder; saute for a minute.
- Add all the sauces, vinegar and chicken stock water.
- When it boils add water by diluting with corn flour.
- Add little salt and stir cook for two minutes.
- Add fried chicken pieces and spring onion chopped; mix well for a minute and switch off the flame.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve hot!!!!
