Papaya Smoothie


A delicious and healthy papaya smoothie to give a quick start to your day!!!
Ingredients:
  1. Papaya chopped-1 cup
  2. Lemon juice-1 tsp
  3. Honey-4 tbsp
  4. Ice cube-3 nos
  5. Cold water- 1/4 cup (or milk)
Preparation:
  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour in to serving glasses and serve soon.
