Ingredients:
- Ripe Banana- 3 nos (nenthrapazham-medium or 2 big)
- Egg-3 large
- Sugar- 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
- Flour (maida)- 3 tbsp
- Ghee-1 tbsp
- Sliced nuts-to garnish
- In a mixer or blender add chopped bananas, egg, sugar, cardamom powder and flour.
- blend well until smooth and creamy.
- Grease a small width pan with ghee.
- Pour the banana mix in to it.
- Put the pan inside a cooker and cover the lid by removing the whistle.
- after 10 minutes of cooking , open the lid and sprinkle the sliced nuts on top.
- Cooks for about 30-40 minutes on low flame or insert a skewer at the middle and check whether it comes out clean.
- Remold after completely cools down.
- Cut in to pieces and enjoy!!!
- Note: You can also cook it on a non-stick pan under direct flame (simmer mode) for about 20 minutes.
