Stuffed Chicken Sandwich


Chicken stuffed bread sandwich is  delicious tea time or ifthar snack. the bread slices are nicely coated with egg and stuffed with chicken masala.
Ingredients For The Chicken Masala:

    1. Chicken boneless-200g
    2. Onion-1
    3. Ginger, garlic, green chilly chopped-1tbsp
    4. Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp.
    5. Pepper powder-1tsp
    6. Coriander powder-1/2 tsp.
    7. Salt-to taste
    8. Garam masala-1/4tsp
    9. Coriander leaves-few
                    Preparation of masala:
                      •  Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric and water for 3 vessels.
                      • Mince the chicken in to small pieces.
                      • In a pan heat a teaspoon of oil; sauté onion.
                      • Add ginger, garlic, green chilly chopped; sauté till the raw smell goes off.
                      • Add all the powders for masala.
                      • Add minced chicken and coriander leaves in to it.

                                Other Ingredients:
                                1. Bread slices-4 nos
                                2. Egg beaten-3 large (with little salt and pepper)
                                3. Ghee/ Butter-2 to 3 tbsp
                                Preparation:
                                • Trim the edges of bread slices.
                                • Heat a nonstick pan with 1  1/2 tbsp s of ghee.
                                • Take a piece of bread, dip it in the beaten egg mix and place it on the pan, took another slice and after dipping in the egg; place it attached with the first bread slice. In this way add another two slices also.
                                • Spread the chicken filling evenly on top of bread slices.
                                • Now Cover the sandwich with another four slices of bread by dipping in the egg.
                                • Cover the pan and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes or until the bottom gets nice golden.
                                • Now carefully flip in to the other side and cooks for another five minutes (add little ghee also).
                                • Cut in to slices and enjoy!!!
