Ingredients:
- Pasta-1cup
- Boneless chicken-100g (cooked and cubed)
- Cream cheese- ½ cup
- Milk- ½ cup
- Butter / olive oil -2tbsp
- Salt and pepper- to taste
- Garlic powder- ½ tsp.
- Cook pasta in boiled salty water for about 8 to 10 minutes until done, drain it.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter (or olive oil) and cream cheese in another pan at low flame.
- Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for few minutes.
- When it starts to thicken add cooked chicken pieces and pasta.
- Cook for another 5 minutes in simmer mode until all mix well.
- Serve it with sprinkled cheese, pepper powder and parsley leaves.
