Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a traditional Italian recipe.  It is rich with cream, butter and milk. It is a quick and easy dinner recipe that is absolutely delicious. It can also make in just one pan. That is the chicken, pasta and the sauce can be cook together in a pan.

Ingredients:
  1. Pasta-1cup
  2. Boneless chicken-100g (cooked and cubed)
  3. Cream cheese- ½ cup
  4. Milk- ½ cup
  5. Butter / olive oil -2tbsp
  6. Salt and pepper- to taste
  7. Garlic powder- ½ tsp.
Preparation:
  • Cook pasta in boiled salty water for about 8 to 10 minutes until done, drain it.
  • While pasta is cooking, melt butter (or olive oil) and cream cheese in another pan at low flame.
  • Add milk and stir until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for few minutes.
  • When it starts to thicken add cooked chicken pieces and pasta.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes in simmer mode until all mix well.
  • Serve it with sprinkled cheese, pepper powder and parsley leaves.
