Chicken chukka is a tasty chicken roast variety. All of them love its spongy but fried texture. It is very easy to make and only available ingredients are required. It only needs few cooking time.

- Chicken- ½ kg
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Chilly powder-1tsp
- Pepper powder-1tsp
- Garam masala powder-1tsp
- Coriander powder-2tsp
- Mint leaves chopped-1tbsp
- Ginger, garlic paste-1tbsp
- Curd-1tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-2tbsp
- Whole garam masala- (cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, cardamom, fennel seeds)
- Shallots chopped -1½ cup
- Cumin powder-1tsp
- Curry leaves-few
- Mint leaves-to garnish
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients under marinating.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- Pressure cooks it for 2 whistles by adding ¼ cup water.
- Heat oil in a pan; splutter whole garam masala.
- Add shallots and curry leaves in to it.
- Sauté till golden brown in color.
- Add cumin powder in to it.
- Add the cooked chicken in to it.
- Sauté till it absorbs all the water and dried well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
