Panna cotta is a famous Italian dessert. Many varieties of sauces are served with this dessert. White Panna cotta with a spoon of any fruit sauce (with berries especially) is really delicious and colorful.

- Heavy cream-200ml
- Gelatin-1tbsp
- Sugar crushed- ½ cup
- Milk-100ml
- Mix gelatin with 3tbsp of cold water until it becomes spongy and foamy.
- Heat cream, milk and sugar in a pan.
- Stir gently until sugar dissolves; be careful that not let the mixture to boil. (When it boils; the cream gets separated.)
- Add the spongy powdered gelatin to the milk mixture and turn off heat.
- Stir at once to dissolve the gelatin completely.
- Pour it in to a smooth bowl.
- Allow the mixture to cool; it starts to set little.
- Refrigerate for at least 5 hours until it’s firmly set.
- Serve it with the berry sauce on top of it.
- Cranberry jam with pulp-1tbsp
- Lemon juice-1tsp
- Sugar-1tsp
- Heat the sugar and lemon juice until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add jam in to it and remove from heat.
- Spread it on top of panna cotta.
