Ingredients:
- Banana-3
- All purpose flour / maida -1cup
- Rice flour-1tbsp
- Egg-2
- Butter / ghee- 1tbsp
- Milk-1cup
- Sugar-to taste
- Salt- a pinch
- Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
- Honey-to grease
- Cook the bananas in a steamer and mash it very well (here am using the Kerala banana. If it’s not; then no need to cook banana, just mash it).
- Mix all the ingredients except honey and ghee.
- Make a dosa batter consistency; if need add water.
- Heat butter or ghee in a pan and make pan cakes.
- Cook till both sides are golden brown in color.
- Serve hot with honey.
