Banana Pancake / Banana Dosa

Banana pancakes is a delicious kids friendly break fast choice.
Ingredients:
  1. Banana-3
  2. All purpose flour / maida -1cup
  3. Rice flour-1tbsp
  4. Egg-2
  5. Butter / ghee- 1tbsp
  6. Milk-1cup
  7. Sugar-to taste
  8. Salt- a pinch
  9. Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
  10. Honey-to grease
Preparation:
  • Cook the bananas in a steamer and mash it very well (here am using the Kerala banana. If it’s not; then no need to cook banana, just mash it).
  • Mix all the ingredients except honey and ghee.
  • Make a dosa batter consistency; if need add water.
  • Heat butter or ghee in a pan and make pan cakes.
  • Cook till both sides are golden brown in color.
  • Serve hot with honey.
