Ingredients:
- Cabbage grated- 1 cup
- Onion-1small
- Egg-1
- Rice flour-1tbsp
- All purpose flour/ maida-1tbsp
- Ginger chopped-1tsp
- Garlic chopped-1 tsp
- Green chilly chopped-1tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
- Curry leaves chopped-1tbsp
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Chilly powder-1tsp
- Garam masala- ¼ tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Mix well all ingredients together in a bowl without adding water.
- Make small pakodas with hand.
- Deep fry it in hot oil till both sides are brown in colour.
- Enjoy with tea or coffee!!!!
