Ingredients:
Biscuit-1pack (250gm) any plain biscuitButter melted-100gm
Cream cheese softend-700gm
whipping cream-150gm
Crushed sugar-1cup
Egg-3
Lemon rind-1tsp finely chopped
Lemon juice-1/4cup
Preparation:
Preheat the oven in to 180 degree.
Put the biscuits in a blender; blend well.
Mix it with butter and combine well
In the baking pan spread and press the biscuit mixture firmly over the base and side of the pan.
Place it in the fridge for 30minutes to cool.
Meanwhile beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer till smooth.
Add eggs one by one at a time and beat well.
Add lemon rinds, juice and whip cream; mix well.
Pour it to the filling pan and bake for 1hour and 15 minutes.
Remold after cooled well to avoid cracking.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
