Ingredients:
- Bread-10slices
- Masala-1cup
- Water-2tbsp
- Butter-1bsp
- Chicken boneless-200g
- Onion-1
- Ginger, garlic, green chilly chopped-1tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp.
- Pepper powder-1tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp.
- Salt-to taste
- Garam masala-1/4tsp
- Coriander leaves-few
- Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric and water for 3 vessels.
- Mince the chicken in to small pieces.
- In a pan heat a teaspoon of oil; sauté onion.
- Add ginger, garlic, green chilly chopped; sauté till the raw smell goes off.
- Add all the powders for masala.
- Add minced chicken and coriander leaves in to it.
- Cut the edges of the bread slices.
- With a rolling pin; roll the bread slice as very thin.
- Put a thin layer of masala on the bread
- Roll the bread and seal both edges by applying water ( don’t put too much masala inside the bread. Take care when rolling the bread and avoid cracking of bread slice. If there is more space inside the bread roll; you can fill some more masala inside it after rolling.).
- Heat a pan with a teaspoon of butter; put the bread rolls on top of it.
- Switch off the flame after getting golden brown color on both sides of the bread roll
