Oat bars is a perfect healthy satisfying snack. It has a crispy texture and cake texture also. As it is made with oats, wheat, honey and nuts; great for energy boost!!! If you want to skip the sugar, compromise it with honey. Also for the chocolate syrup; replace it with apple sauce.

- Oats-1 ¼ cup
- Wheat flour- ½ cup
- Baking powder-1tsp
- Egg-1nos
- Milk- ¾ cup
- Honey-3tbsp
- Sugar crushed- ½ cup
- Vanilla extract- 3drops
- Chocolate syrup-2tbsp
- Dry fruits and nuts-1cup(cashew nut, walnut, pistachio and raisins)
- Beat egg and milk with a hand mixer.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, crushed sugar and chocolate syrup one by one after each addition.
- Combine first 3 ingredients and mix it in to the above mixture.
- Add dry fruits and nuts in to it; mix well.
- Pour it in to a butter greased baking tray.
- Bake it in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- When it cool down; cut in to bars.
- Keep it in an air tight container for long days.
