Dry Fruit Ladoo


Dry fruit ladoo is an easy, tasty and healthy quick snack for kids.
Ingredients:
  1. Almond-1/4 cup
  2. Dates-1/4cup
  3. Cashew nut-1/4cup
  4. Raisin-1/4cup
  5. Pistachio-1/4cup
  6. Fig-1/4cup
  7. Walnut-1/4cup
Preparation:
  • In a pan take 3tbsp of water and add dates, half part of figs in to it.
  • Boil in a low flame until it soften and absorbs all the water.
  • When it cool down blend well and make fine paste.
  • Chop all the nuts in to small pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast them separately.
  • Mix these nuts and raisins with date’s paste.
  • Make lemon sized balls; bind the laddus.
  • We can also make burfis with it.
