Cauliflower curry is an easy vegetarian recipe that goes perfectly well with roti and rice. If u need, add potato or matar to the curry along with cauliflower for more added flavor. If you are looking for more cauliflower recipes, then do check gobi Manchurian and gobi masala .
Ingredients:
Cauliflower Curry |
- Cauliflower-1 small
- Oil-1tbsp
- Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
- Onion-1
- Tomato puree- of 2 small tomatoes
- Ginger, garlic paste-1tbsp
- Green chilly-2nos
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1tsp
- Pepper powder- ½ tsp
- Garam masala- ¼ tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Coriander leaves-few
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds.
- Add onion and green chilli, sauté until brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, sauté until raw smell goes off.
- Add all the powders one by one followed by the tomato puree.
- Sauté for 5 minutes and add cauliflower pieces.
- Add ¼ cup of hot water and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes until cauliflower gets cooked well.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
