Naan is an Indian bread that goes well with any type of curry. Usually it made with all purpose flour. Here I’m using wheat flour and all purpose flour in the same ratio. Naan typically use yeast to raise the flour, but here baking powder is used instead.

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour-1cup
- All purpose flour-1cup
- Baking powder-3/4tsp
- Baking soda- ¼ tsp
- Sugar- ½ tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Warm milk- ½ cup
- Yogurt- ½ cup
- Oil-1tbsp
- Sesame seeds- ¼ cup
- Combine all dry ingredients together.
- Add yogurt in to it and mix well.
- Add warm milk little by little and knead well to form smooth dough.
- The dough should be almost sticky consistency.
- Touch up it with 1tbsp of oil, knead well.
- Cover it with a damp cloth and rest for 3 hours.
- Make small balls with it.
- Roll a circle, sprinkle 1tsp of sesame seeds on top of it and roll further.
- In a tawa cook it with adding a tsp of butter or ghee until both sides are brown.
