End of the meal with an easy and tasty dessert makes us impressive. Coconut pudding is such a quick delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
Easy Coconut Pudding |
- Thick coconut milk-1cup (without water)
- Milk maid-1tin
- Gelatin-3tbsp
- Water- ¼ cup
- Nuts-to decorate
- Boil gelatin with ¼ cup of water in double boiling method or in simmer mode.
- In another pan boil coconut milk with condensed milk (stir well, don’t burn).
- Add dissolved gelatin mixture in to the coconut milk, mix well and switch off the flame.
- Pour it in to a pudding mold. Allow to cool.
- Decorate with caramelized nuts.
- Chill for 4 hours to set.
