Avocado is a rich creamy fruit contains high protein. Avocados can be added quickly and easily to any dishes. Remember to cut it just before using, otherwise it turns the color in to black. Avocado pudding is a delicious seasonal favorite dessert.
Ingredients:

- Avocado-1big
- Milk-1cup
- Milk maid-1tin
- Butter-1tbsp
- Al alali instant diary whip-1pack
- Al alali Gelatin-3tbsp
- Water- ¼ cup
- Fruit pieces-to decorate
- Mix water with gelatin, dissolve the gelatin in a double boiler and set aside to cool.
- Boil milk in pan with milk maid and butter.
- Puree the avocado by using a blender; if necessary add boiled cool milk.
- Now mix the gelatin with milk, avocado and Al alali whip cream together and blend well.
- Pour it in to the pudding mould and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Decorate it with chopped fruit pieces and Al alali whip cream.
- Chill another 4 hours to set.
