Pizza is not that difficult to prepare at home, if you have a non-stick pan. The mouth watering fast-food can be easily made at home by following the simple recipe and the taste was promising. its one of the more healthier version too.

- All purpose flour-1cup
- Wheat flour-1cup
- Yeast-1tsp
- Warm water+milk-3/4 cup
- Olive oil-3tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Sugar-1tsp
- Olive oil-1tbsp
- Minced garliced-1tbsp
- Minced capsicum-1tbsp
- Tomato ketcup-3/4cup
- Fennel seeds powder-1tsp
- Salt-a pinch
- coriander powder- 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese- 1/4cup
- Chopped capsicum-few
- Chopped onion-few
- Cooked and chopped chicken cubes-few
- Olive oil-2tbsp
- Mix the flour together with salt, sugar and olive oil.
- Add yeast to the warm water+milk mix and dilute.
- Add it in to the flour slowly and knead well.
- Knead the dough in to an unsticky consistency, but super soft also.
- Cover it with a wet towel and let it rest for 2hours.
- Mean while prepare the pizza sauce.
- Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan.
- Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
- Add chopped capsicum, sauté again
- Add tomato ketchup followed by fennel powder, coriander powder and salt.
- After 2 hours, get ready with the all ingredients nearer.
- Knead the dough once again with a oily hand.
- Heat the non-stock pan, the pan want to be very hot when we are putting the pizza base in to it.
- Roll the dough in to a thin layer using a rolling pin or by stretching it
- with your hand as far as you can.
- If you are putting the dough over a plastic sheet and roll it, then it will be more easy to roll smooth with minimum flour sprinkling.
- Put it in to the heated pan at low-medium flame for 4minutes or until the bottom side become golden in color.
- Make small marks with a fork on the top to prevent puffing.
- Now afte four minutes turn the heat in to low and flip the other side.
- Pour the pizza sauce over it evenly with a spoon.
- Above that assemble chicken pieces,chopped capsicum, onion and tomato pieces.
- At the top spread the mozzeralla cheese.
- Now pour 2 tbsp of olive oil through the sides of the pizza, in such a way that touching all the sides and reach in to the bottom of pizza base.
- Now shake the pan slowly so that the olive oil reaches all the bottom side.
- Cover it with a lid but make a small gap to pass the air.
- After all done, cook for about another 4minutes or until the bottom becomes crispy and the cheese melts.
- Care fully cut it with a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Enjoy and serve hot.
