White Chocolate-Kiwi Mousse Recipe

white chocolate-kiwi mousse is a light and fluffy cake .These Festive mousse cake is very easy to prepare. you can make it with strawberry also. instead of kiwi, then strawberry is replaced.

White Chocolate Kiwi Mousse

Ingredients:
For the bottom layer:
  1. Digestive biscuit-1pack
  2. Butter-6tbsp
Preparation: 
  • Crush the digestive biscuits.
  • Add 6 tbsp of melted ghee in to it.
  • Pour it in to a springform pan and press well.
  • Refrigerate until you prepare the chocolate mousse.
For the chocolate layer:
  1. White cooking chocolate-100g
  2. Whip cream-70gm
  3. Gelatin- ½ tbsp
  4. Whip cream-50gm
Preparation:
  • Double boil the white chocolate with 70gm of whip cream until the white chocolate melts completely.
  • Mix gelatin with 2tbsp of cold water, double boil it until completely dissolvers.
  • Add it in to the white chocolate mix.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Beat 50gm of whip cream with vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • Add it in to the white chocolate mix and mix well.
  • Pour it over the biscuit layer slowly and refrigerate for 20mins.
For the top layer:
  1. Kiwi-4nos
  2. Sugar- ¼ cup
  3. Gelatin- ½ tbsp
  4. Whip cream-50gm
Preparation:
  • Mix kiwi pieces with ¼ cup of powdered sugar.
  • Mix gelatin with 2tbsp of water.
  • Double boil it until gelatin completely dissolves.
  • Mix it with the kiwi-sugar mixture.
  • Beat whip cream with vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • Add it in to the kiwi mix and mix well.
  • Pour it over the chocolate layer slowly.
  •  Refrigerate for 5 hours to set before serving.
  • Run a warm knife around the edges of cake.
  • Take out the upper side of the springform pan.
  • Cut the mousse in to pieces carefully and enjoy.
