Making homemade hummus is very easy and it needs few ingredients and less time to prepare.

- Chick peas-1cup
- Garlic-2cloves
- Lemon juice- 1/4cup
- Sesame seeds or thahini seeds- 1/4cup
- Olive oil- 1/4cup
- Salt-to taste
- Soak the chick peas in water for overnight.
- Pressure cooks the chick peas till it is cooked and boil out the excess water (or you can use the extra water for blending hummus).
- In a blender, add all the ingredients along with chick peas.
- Make it in to a fine paste.
- Drizzle the hummus with extra olive oil on top of it.
- Enjoy it with Roti or Bread.
