Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken- ½ kg (or minced)
- Onion thinly chopped-1
- Ginger garlic minced-1 tbsp
- Green chilly thinly chopped-3 nos
- Coriander leaves thinly chopped-3 tbsp
- Mint leaves thinly chopped-1 tbsp
- Tomato thinly chopped-1 medium
- Boiled mashed potato-1 small
- Pepper powder-1 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
- Kasoori methi- 1tsp (or use any herb mix)
- Oil- 3 tbsp
- Bread slices-3 large (or use ¼ cup of bread crumbs)
- Egg-2 nos
- Grind the chicken pieces in a blender to a smooth paste.
- Take it in to a large mixing bowl.
- Add all other ingredients from 2 to in to it
- Powder the bread slices in a blender and add it in to the above chicken bowl.
- Mix well all the ingredients with your hands until well corporate.
- Add this mixture in to the greased baking loaf pan.
- Bake it in a pre-heated oven (180 degree) for about 45 minutes.
- After cools down; cut in to pieces and enjoy with French fries and tomato ketchup.
