Here is delicious mango mousse dessert with few ingredients and it can be prepared within few minutes. Enjoy this wonderful mango dessert treat with your family.
Ingredients:- Mango pulp-1 cup
- Fresh cream- ½ cup
- Powdered sugar- ¼ cup
- Gelatin- ½ tbsp
- Mango pieces- to decorate
Preparation:
- Mix gelatin with 3 tbsp of water and mix well; rest for 10 minutes.
- After that double boil it until clear water formed. Allow to cool.
- Beat fresh cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks forms.
- When the gelatin gets cooled; add it in to the mango pulp and mix well.
- Fold the mango pulp with the cream mix.
- Pour in to serving cups by adding little mango pieces in between.
- Chill for few minutes before serving.
- Garnish on top with few mango pieces and strawberry.
