Yea..! It’s mango season and all the foodies have lots of experiments with mango. Here is a mouth watering raw mango salad; it’s nothing but most of all favorite childhood mix that I just present in a salad combo with lot more healthy crunches in it..
Ingredients:
- Raw mango- 1 big (choose mangoes that are not so sour; just about to ripe)
- Thinly chopped capsicum- (I used yellow and green) - ¼ cup
- Thinly chopped carrots- ¼ cup
- Thinly chopped cucumber- ¼ cup
- Thinly chopped onion-¼ cup
- Thinly chopped tomato (discard the inner part) - ¼ cup
- Salt-to taste
- Chilly powder-1 tsp (increase or decrease as per your spicy tolerance)
- Coconut oil- 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the raw mango in to thin long strips. (Also cut all other veggies like this)
- Sprinkle salt, chilly powder and coconut oil on top.
- Toss it well and eat !!!
