Beef Chilli Recipe



Ingredients:
  1. Beef-1/2kg
  2. Onion—2nos(chopped in to square pieces)
  3. Ginger chopped-1tbsp
  4. Garlic chopped-1tbsp
  5. Green chilly chopped-1tsp
  6. Capsicum-1small cut in to square pieces
  7. Curry leaves-5string
  8. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  9. Garam masala-1/2tsp
  10. Chilly powder-1tsp
  11. Pepper powder-1tsp
  12. Salt- to taste
  13. Vinegar-1tsp
  14. Corn flour-1tbsp
  15. Egg white-1
  16. Tomato sauce-1tbsp
  17. Chilly sauce-1tsp
  18. Soya sauce-2tbsp
Preparation:
  • Cut the beef in to small lengthy pieces.
  • Pressure cook it by adding turmeric powder/ 1/2 tsp soya sauce , 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt, enough water and 1/2 tsp pepper powder till cooked half.
  • Dried out all the remaining (by boiling in high speed) water and keep aside.
  • Marinate the beef with remaining pepper powder, chilly power, corn flour, egg white, vinegar and salt for 20minutes.
  • Deep fry it in oil. Keep it aside.
  • In the same pan add ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves
  • Sauté it till it reaches golden brown in color.
  • Add chopped onion and capsicum and sauté for a minute.
  • Add tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce.
  • Add the beef pieces in to it; mix well; switch off the flame.
