Chapati Roll
Chapati is a common menu for dinner at most of the Indian home. Making variations in its taste gives pleasure. Chapathi rolls are very helpful for the left over chapatis and have a nice breakfast for both kids and elders. It is very easy to make and no more need of a curry

Ingredients:

1.   Wheat Flour – 2 cup 
2.   Carrot chopped-2tbsp
3.   Cabbage chopped – 2 tbsp.
4.   Onion  chopped– 2 tbsp.
5.   Capsicum chopped-2tbsp
6.   Curry leaves-1string
7.   Tomato chopped-2tbsp
8.   Pepper powder-1/2tsp
9.   Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp.
10. Coriander Leaves chopped –a handful
11. Egg-4nos
12. Ghee – 2 tsp.
13. Oil as required
14. Salt -to taste
Preparation:
  •  Combine salt, 1 tsp. ghee with wheat flour      
  •  Add little warm water and knead well to a chapati dough consistency.
  •   Keep it aside
  •   Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds till golden brown in color
  •  Add all the vegetables except tomato and little salt
  •  Saute it for a minute.
  •  Keep it aside.
  •   When it cool down mix it with 4eggs, pepper powder ,salt and tomato.
  • Make small balls of the dough and roll them out into a medium sized chapati.
  •   Heat a tawa and make chapatis.
  • In the tawa heat a tsp. of ghee, pour a part of egg mixture as the same size of chapati
  •  Suddenly put one chapati on top of it and press it
  •    Cook it in a low flame  till golden brown color
  • Turn over the other side for few seconds
  •   Put it in a plate and roll it
  • Serve it with mint chutney.
