Mint sandwich
Mint sandwich is a wonderful variation among sandwiches. More over mint was not one of everyone’s favorite herb; we all started loving it after taking such yummy recipes. It’s really tasty and healthy. It is a perfect dish for kid’s lunch boxes and no more thinking of a teatime quick recipe.
Ingredients:
Bread slices-8
Butter-2tbsp

For the mint paste:
Mint leaves-1/4cup
Coriander leaves-2string
Coconut-2tbsp
Cashew nut-6nos
Salt-to taste
Lemon juice-1tsp
Green chilli-1
Ginger-a small piece
Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste by adding little water

Preparation of sandwich:
- Take a tablespoon of mint paste and spread it inside the bread slices
- Heat pan on a stove top, add a teaspoon of butter
- Put the bread sandwich and press well till the both sides are golden brown in color.
