How to Prepare Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is very taste and delicious. Fruit salad is a balanced diet which contains enough carbohydrates, Vitamins, Proteins and Minerals. The important is it needs so many varieties of fruits. Ingredients for the fruit salad

1.     One mango (better ripe one cut into small pieces)
2.     200 grams of grapes (Seedless black and green)
3.     125 gram of pine apple (cut into small pieces)
4.     125 gram of apple (peeled and cut into small pieces)
5.     125 gram of chopped strawberry
6.     1 banana cut into small pieces
7.     Water Melon (small pieces seedless)
8.     5 nos of dates
9.     5 nos Cashew nut
11.  Sugar syrup- 1 tbsp
Preparation
·       Combine all the one to nine (1~10) items and keep in dish. 
·     Toss it with sugar syrup.
·       Fill the fruits into the glass.
·       Chilled the fruits up to 20 to 30 minutes
·       Decorate with cashew nuts on the top of the fruits
  • If you want you can add ice cream also
