Eating a bun alone is quite boring. We all love it if there is something special inside in it. It is simple and easy to make. Here comes the recipe. U can try it with any of your favorite stuffing.

- Bun-4nos
- Boiled eggs-2
- Onion-1nos
- Shallots-1/2cup
- Chopped ginger-1tsp
- Chopped garlic-1tsp
- Green chilli-1nos
- Coriander leaves-few
- Turmeric powdert-1/4tsp
- Chili powder-1/2tsp
- Garam masala-1/4tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Cumin seeds-1pinch
- Egg white-1egg
- Egg yolk-1egg
- Oil-1tsp
- Butter-2tsp
For the filling:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
- Add onion and shallots, sauté well.
- Add ginger, garlic and green chilly. Sauté till raw smell goes off.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and garam masala.
- Add coriander leaves.
- Pour it in to a plate.
- In the same pan sauté the one remaining egg yolk and add it in to the onion mixture.
- Cut the two eggs in to half through length wise.
- Cut a round shape piece (without cracking the front part) from the bottom side of the bun as shown in the picture below.
- Now add little onion filling inside it and a boiled egg also.
- Now put cutting piece again in to the same place and press it to sit in the same position.
- Apply some egg white on the gap of filling to stick well as a glue.
- Apply little egg white on all sides of the bun.
- In a pan add a teaspoon of butter or ghee, put the bun.
- Roast the bun till both sides are golden brown in color.
- Serve hot with a cup of tea and enjoy!!!
