Cauliflower is a seasonal vegetable; but now it can be found all the time in our market. The cauliflower masala is a famous delicious recipe which goes very well with all kinds of roti.

Ingredients:
- Cauliflower-half of one
- Onion-2small
- Tomato-1medium
- Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
- Green chilly-2nos.
- Pepper powder-1/2tsp
- Coriander powder-1tsp
- Garam masala-1/4tsp
- Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
- mustard-1/4tsp
- Coconut milk-1cup
- Cut cauliflower in to small pieces and soak them in turmeric water
- Take it out and marinate with half pepper powder and salt
- Heat oil in a pan; add mustard, cumin seeds
- Add onion and sauté well
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chilly; sauté a while
- Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala and coriander powder
- Add tomato in to it sauté well
- Add the salt and cauliflower; sauté for about 10 minutes
- Add coconut milk in to it and cover the lid
- Cook for 10minutes till the cauliflower cooked well.
