Cauliflower Masala Recipe


Cauliflower is a seasonal vegetable; but now it can be found all the time in our market. The cauliflower masala is a famous delicious recipe which goes very well with all kinds of roti.


Cauliflower Masala
Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower-half of one
  2. Onion-2small
  3. Tomato-1medium
  4. Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  5. Green chilly-2nos.
  6. Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  7. Coriander powder-1tsp
  8. Garam masala-1/4tsp
  9. Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
  10. mustard-1/4tsp
  11. Coconut milk-1cup
Preparation:
  • Cut cauliflower in to small pieces and soak them in turmeric water
  • Take it out and marinate with half pepper powder and salt
  • Heat oil in a pan; add mustard, cumin seeds
  • Add onion and sauté well
  • Add ginger garlic paste and green chilly; sauté a while
  • Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala and coriander powder
  • Add tomato in to it sauté well
  • Add the salt and cauliflower; sauté for about 10 minutes
  • Add coconut milk in to it and cover the lid
  • Cook for 10minutes till the cauliflower cooked well.
