Pasta is a Italian Dish and it is very tasty and simple to prepare.In Italy pasta served along with lunch and dinner. Pasta with Tomato sauce are very tasty dish.
The main ingredients for the Pasta in Tomato sauce:
- Pasta-250 gm
- Olive Oil 2 table spoo
- Fine chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic two gloves
- Tomato cut into small pieces 400 grams
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaves 2
- Puree of tomato 2 table spoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
· Take a pan and heat the pan with olive oil in a medium flame
· Next add the chopped onion and saute well.
· Add the garlic into it and suate for a minute
· Add the tomatoes and saute well
· Add the oregano and saute well
· Add the bay leaves and saute well
· Add the tomato puree and saute well
· Add the sugar mix well
· Add the pepper and salt into it
· Finally the sause begins to boil, reduce the heat and keep a side for cool.
· Keep the sause around 10-15 minutes.
· Then you can see that the sause become very thick and reddish colour.
· Then remove the bay leaves from it.
Preparation of the Pasta.
· Wash the pasta well
· Boil the pasta in a container
· When it becomes boil remove from the flame and keep it for cool.
Preparation for the Pasta in Tomato sauce
· Add the pasta into the tomato sauce.
· Add little black pepper powder
· Serve hot and enjoy !!
