Shahi fruits salad is a delicious fruits mix using rich milk and condensed milk. Its very easy to make, looks elegant and tastes wonderful.

- Milk-500 ml
- Condensed milk-1 tin
- Cornflour-1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp (or cardamom powder)
- Fruits chopped-2 cup (mango, banana, apple, pomegranate, pineapple etc.)
- Nuts chopped- 1/4 cup (optional- almond, pistachio)
- Cherry-to garnish
- Boil milk in a sauce pan, when it boils add vanilla essence,condensed milk and corn flour(add corn flour by diluting with little cold milk in a paste form).
- Stir cook for two to three minutes and switch off the flame.
- Allow to cools completely and after that refrigerate for an hour to chill.
- Meanwhile chop the fruits and nuts.
- Add these chopped fruits in to the chilled milk custard.
- Add in to serving bowls and garnish on top with fruit pieces.
- Serve soon and enjoy the fresh refreshing salad!!!!
