Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless- 200 gm
- Onion thinly chopped-1medium
- Green chilly thinly chopped-2 nos
- Ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves thinly chopped-1 tbsp
- Curry leaves thinly chopped-1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
- Salt-to taste (little for snacks)
- Besan flour (kadalamavu)- 2 tbsp
- Rice flour-1 tbsp
- All purpose flour (maida)-1 tbsp
- Oil-enough for deep frying
Preparation:
- Cut the boneless chicken pieces in to tiny chunk pieces.
- Mix it with 2 to 10 ingredients; mix well with your hands.
- Let it rest in fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight). (then the chicken pieces get cooked easily and tenderly).
- After that add besan flour, rice flour and maida.
- Mix well again without adding any water (the chicken contains enough water to handle).
- Now heat oil in a deep frying pan; when the oil is hot add small pits of batter.
- Reduce the flame in to low and fry the pakora's until nice golden in colour.
- Add in to paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy the crispy fritters!!!!
