Falooda Milkshake

Falooda is popular Indian dessert with the combination of fruits, milk, jelly and ice cream. Here is a quick version of falooda milkshake that can be served as a drink. Start making these summer treat and surely it will be one of your Ramadan favorite.
Ingredients:
  1. Milk-1 cup
  2. Sweetened condensed milk- 1tbsp
  3. Falooda Sev / thin vermicelli- 1/4 cup
  4. Basil seeds/ sabja/ cus cus -1 1/2 tbsp
  5. Rose syrup / roohafsa - 3 tbsp
  6. Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoops
  7. Chopped nuts and dry fruits- to garnish
Preparation:
  • Boil milk and and then add condensed milk in to it, mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Allow to cools down completely and keep in fridge for an hour to chill.
  • Soak the basil seeds in water for about 10 minutes or until puffed up. drain it and keep aside.
  • Cook vermicelli in enough boiling water until cooked;stain it and keep near by.
  • Now take two medium glasses or one large  glass.
  • Add a table spoon of chopped nuts in each.
  • Above that add vermicelli on one side and basil seeds on another side until it reaches just above the half level of glasses.
  • Pour chilled milk over it (till the 3/4 th level).
  • Add rose syrup on top and just give a nice stir.
  • Add a scoop of ice cream on top of each glass and garnish on top with chopped nuts.
  • Serve soon and enjoy!!!!
