Mango Rabdi

Mango rabdi is a scrumptious mango dessert for the hot summer. The rabdi itself tastes great and by the addition of mango puree gives it an extra taste. You can use sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar used here if you wish to.
Ingredients:
  1. Mango chopped-2 cup
  2. Milk-1 liter
  3. Sugar- 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
  5. Sliced almonds and pistachio-3 tbsp
Preparation:
  • Puree the mango in a blender to a coarse paste (having some bites in it).
  • Boil in milk in a heavy bottomed pan at low flame by stirring well.
  • Boil for about 20-25 minutes or until thickens in low flame.
    me by stirring well and scrapping the sides of the pan well.
  • Cook until its volume reaches 1/3.
  • Then add sugar, sliced nuts, cardamom powder; mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!!!
